Our Hiring process involves three steps:

Telephone Screen

You will spend time initially with a recruiter via telephone to determine if the job is right for you and you are right for the job. Our primary responsibility is to find the right person for the right job. One job may not be a fit; however, another job may be a perfect fit. We also have to assess your skills and determine the environment where you would enjoy working.

Personal Interview

You will meet face to face with one of our recruiters to talk about jobs, salary, benefits etc. Our clients will ask for references and may require skills testing.

Client Interview

You will probably interview with the client regardless of job type. (Permanent or Consulting). If you are accepted by the client and agree to the job, there may be background checks and drug screens required.
